		<description>After conducting a year long study using ebay I have to disagree.  Ugyl websites may be able to sell but pretty websites make more money.  I ran 2 identical businesses on ebay for one year.  The sold exactly the same products at exactly the same time - the only difference was the &quot;attactiveness&quot; of the listing.

I found that &quot;ugly&quot; websites made, on average, nearly 20% less money than their more &quot;attractive&quot; counterparts.

The moral - you may be able to make money with an ugly website but you would make more money if you make it better!
